IF: Shadows

.His Favorite Corner.

At *St. Mary's orphanage, there was this one corner where Tom had two shadows; hand in hand and smiling! That was his favorite corner. "Oh how lucky one can be!" Tom wondered aloud "there are kids in this world who don't even have a favorite corner!"

Do you have a favorite corner?

Still...the shadows are scary! I like that he sees the glass as half full. This would make a great story to go along with your great illustration style.

This story would make an awesome Shel Silverstein poem. I love it!

This illustration caught my breath. I thought Tom would be happy to have two shadows obviously happy and loving ..holding hands with each other... but instead you turn it around and he is happy he has a favorite corner (where his shadows reside). I like you "thinking" out of the box and "drawing" out of the box, too. Brilliant!

again, both your drawing and words made me tremble! You use a very direct speech. You are talking to you, about yourself, right? True artists (only) do that!
